Goddess, goddesses, not a religion, as a @ s poc @ s have wanted to play. Feminism could not ever leave a religion because the very concept of religion leads to the hierarchy, the dogmatic belief, blind obedience. Religions are cultural products of men who try to manipulate their faithful with unprovable truths, bearable only with the assurance of faith. Spirituality is a movement of the soul which can only be felt, is given the way it is, under the religion that is. Spirituality you can feel with Catholicism, Islam, Buddhism, in the absence of any religion, contemplating nature or the starry sky, with no obligation to put a god or goddess, a name.
Goddess, to me, is an archetype very powerful force in our collective unconscious, which has been around for centuries and centuries, as I tried to show in the course. Which manifests itself and transforms women and men, without distinction. For both women and men suffer from the lack of the essential feminine in our culture, our spirituality, our value system. We call it God, or Holy Virgin, or female energy, the desire of the consumer / a. Since no is no religion, no catechism or commandments to follow. Every human being can be Creator or Creator of their own spirituality. Be aware that archetype of a rational and open our minds to influence irrational is as good a way as any other personal growth. I do not believe in miracles, no revelations, no supernatural powers. I am a product of my culture, skeptical, objective and rational on the one hand. But, as an intelligent, Life has taught me that not everything can be (even necessary) to explain the mind. That there are mechanisms in our psyche that only respond to emotional stimuli, not mental, which is caused by our subconscious reactions that we can not dominate and control and rational thought. We have an objective and a subjective part and that one can not function without the other, and that if we deny this, as you try to deny centuries, begin our emotional, mental, physical health. We can not continue in the arrogance that we can explain and make everything right with rational thought.
That thought and its consequences have wanted to keep hidden (as a shame, as a sin, as a degeneration) and keep female essence of humanity united only on the male principle of competitive action. It has manipulated the meaning of the feminine and made us associate with the androcentric biases of interest, such as maternity (as indispensable for procreation) and submission. But as we have seen, the female is much more essential and is loaded with power. I speak not of political power, or external power, or material force. I speak of transformative power, creator, interior. That is the female power they are entitled to develop in men and women themselves.
The god had power plant in the goddess the beginning of the seed of life, constant feedback, the power of the bios, the male principle. The goddess was the creator who created everything and GCA, the zoe, or female principle. All the myths and legends of creation, all pre-Christian deities retained this duality in many ways archetypal myths. Another was a way of apprehending, trying to explain or define the inexplicable. Now, in our Western arrogance, call it "science" explanations. The things that science does not explain or religion can not explain are "hidden", "esoteric", "dark" or just plain "crazy." But believe only the vision before us, under the speech is, as "true", for convenience, laziness, laziness is unworthy of intelligent beings, beings critical, rational and reasonable beings.
